Revitalize’s Team Training is a clear, repeatable system built for every roster—football, soccer, lacrosse, swimming (dryland), wrestling, and more. Each session follows a clean flow: Prepare (mobility, pillar/core activation), Move (speed mechanics, jumps/plyos, starts/COD), Build (safe strength & power lifts), and Recover (quick cooldown and take-home micro-drills). We start with basic testing to set baselines, then run a phased plan that fits your practice and game/meet schedule. Programs are delivered and tracked in Bridge Athletic for full teams or TrainHeroic for small groups, with simple weekly updates and short coach reports. The goal is straightforward: make athletes faster, stronger, and more durable—without wrecking practice—so performance stays high and soft-tissue issues stay low.
